We take great pride in our quality and fit at Maiocchi. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with an exchange, credit or refund.
We are happy to accept your exchange or refund for change of mind or fit issues within 14 days. Products must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Garments soiled with makeup, deodorant etc will not be accepted.
Please contact email@example.com before sending your product back with details of your return or exchange request.
Simply repackage securely using the original satchel, ensuring you remove original address label. Please include the copy of the invoice which came with your order for our reference. (We suggest you turn the original satchel inside out and reseal.)

Refunds will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned garment. The original shipping charges and eParcel shipping charges ($10) for returns will not be refundable.
In the case of items being exchanged, we will send the new item free of additional postage charges (with the exception of International exchanges.)
Please note that change of mind goods will not be accepted for return or exchange after 14 days or without a returns form.
Due to health and safety reasons we do not accept returns of earrings and jewellery, in the event of a change of mind purchase. However, if the goods are faulty we are more than happy to exchange or refund.
Unfortunately, Maiocchi cannot accept returns purchased online through one of our retail stores.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a samples shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned garment.
Refunded money will be processed on the original purchase payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reconcile.
Please note that even faulty goods will not be accepted for return or exchange after 14 days or without original receipt attached.
In the case of faulty goods, Maiocchi will be responsible for all postage costs.
