We hope you love everything that you order from Maiocchi, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days ( 7 days for sale items) from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us.
Full priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid 12 months) an exchange where product is available or a refund of the item(s) cost excluding shipping costs.
Sale or promotional items can be returned for an online credit (valid 12 months) an exchange where product is available. please note there are no refunds on sale items.
Afterpay items cannot be refunded. We only offer an exchange on Afterpay. Items can be returned for an online credit (valid 12 months)Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product.
for health reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
During sale periods, returns may take up to 10 days to process upon receipt.
If you are in Brisbane and you purchase online - you are welcome to return to the Brisbane Store, however the staff may not process the return immediately as it will be given to the online staff to process.

MAIOCCHI IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
We do not give refunds on items purchased in one of our stores if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. We will happily exchange your garment if you change your mind within 14 days and return the item in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.

If you require an exchange, please note that exchanges are subject to online availability. If your item is not available at the time of processing you will receive a refund or online credit, dependent on whether the returned item was full price or sale. we cannot pre-order or hold stock.
As stock is limited, to avoid disappointment we recommend you purchase the new size and return the incorrect size for a refund.
Value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed. we cannot apply discounts from past sales or promotions.
Shipping is extra for exchanges: We charge $12 shipping on exchanges. your exchange will only be sent once the extra charges have been paid. We will send you an invoice for payment.
