Browse and add items to your cart as usual at maiocchi.com.au.
Choose click & collect
At checkout, tick the Click & Collect box instead of entering a shipping address.
Wait for the email
We'll email you when your order is wrapped and ready. Please don't head in until you've received that confirmation.
Come in and collect
Bring your order confirmation and photo ID to the store. We'll have it waiting for you.
Where to find us
We're in the Brisbane Arcade, right in the city.
Our Brisbane store is on the Adelaide St entrance to the Brisbane Arcade - a beautiful heritage arcade in the heart of the CBD. Easy to get to, plenty of parking nearby, and our team are always happy to see you.
Please wait for your ready-to-collect email before coming in - we need a little time to get your order prepared, especially if stock needs to be transferred.

What to bring
Your order confirmation email - the one you receive when your order is placed (not the ready-to-collect email)
Photo ID - a driver's licence or passport is fine
Wait for the confirmation - please don't come in until you've received the ready-to-collect email from us
No rush - once your order is ready, it'll be waiting for you at the store at your convenience
Allow up to three business days from when you place your order, in case stock needs to be transferred to the store.
A note on timing
Please wait for your ready-to-collect email before heading in.
Sometimes stock needs to come from a different location before we can have your order ready. We'll always send you an email the moment it's good to go - usually within one to three business days.
Coming in before you've received that email means you might have a wasted trip, and we'd rather you didn't. Sit tight and we'll be in touch.
