We do. You'll find our boutique at Shop 28, Brisbane Arcade, 117 Adelaide St, Brisbane QLD.

What are your store opening hours?

Mon to Wed: 9am - 5.30pm
Thurs: 9am - 5.30pm
Fri: 9am - 7pm
Sat: 9am - 5pm
Sun: 11am - 4pm

Orders & payment

How do I apply the welcome code?

When you sign up, we'll email you a unique welcome code. Just pop it into the 'discount code' box at checkout.

How will I know if my online order was received?

Once your order is placed, you'll get an order confirmation email, then another once it's been dispatched. If you can't spot them, have a quick look in your junk folder.

If nothing's arrived within 24 hours, get in touch with customer care and we'll confirm we've got your order.

How do I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet (you'll get an email when it has), email us at e-boutique@maiocchi.com.au and we'll help sort it.

What do pre-order items mean?

For pieces in high demand, we offer a pre-order option. You can buy the item now and we'll send it the moment it arrives (each product lists an approximate arrival date in its description).

It's the best way to make sure you don't miss out - pre-order styles tend to sell out quickly.

What if I order a pre-order item alongside other things?

We'll keep your order together and send it all in one parcel once the pre-order piece arrives.

Do you have gift cards?

We do. Add a gift card to your basket and it'll land straight in your inbox. They work online and in our Brisbane store, and are valid for three years.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Australia
Orders under $275: $15 flat rate express
Orders $275 and over: free express shipping

Spend $350 or more and we'll tuck a free bamboo slip dress (valued at $79.95) into your parcel.

International
New Zealand: $20 flat rate
Everywhere else: $40 flat rate

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every order goes via trackable express Australia Post. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for dispatch, plus a little extra during peak sale periods.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email - you'll also find it in your order history at maiocchi.com.au.

Do you offer click and collect?

You can order online and collect from our Brisbane City store. Just tick the click and collect box at checkout and we'll email you when your parcel is wrapped and ready.

Returns & exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days (7 days for sale items) from the day your parcel arrives to return it.

Full-price items (except Afterpay): return for a refund (item cost, excluding shipping), an online credit valid three years, or an exchange where the product is available.

Sale or promotional items: return for an online credit (valid three years) or an exchange where available. Please note there are no refunds on sale items.

Afterpay orders: not eligible for a refund. We're happy to offer an online credit (valid three years) or an exchange where the product is available.

Can I return my online order to your Brisbane store?

Yes - you're welcome to return or exchange an online purchase at our Brisbane store.

Our in-store team can handle exchanges on the spot. For refunds, they'll pass your return to our online team, who process it within 1 - 3 business days.

Sizing & garments

How do I find the right size?

We know buying clothing online can feel like a gamble, so we've tried to make it easy. Every piece lists its garment measurements under the 'size chart' link, just above the red 'add to cart' button, and each model's size and height sit in the product description.

Where are your garments made?

We work with two small garment factories and one printing factory in China, who produce small runs for us at a premium. We're lucky to have found suppliers as passionate as we are about quality and operating ethically, environmentally and fairly.

We also use an independent body, QIMA, for quality control and auditing against globally recognised social and environmental standards - so we know our makers are producing responsibly.
