How should I prepare?

Our EOFY sale is almost here, and we want you ready to make the most of it. First, log in to your customer account and browse the store ahead of time to add your favourites to your cart - that way you can check out the moment the sale starts. Make sure your shipping address and payment details are up to date for a smooth checkout. And don't forget to sign up to our EOFY sale alert list so you're among the first to know when it goes live.

What will be on sale?

Pretty much everything. You heard us right - all of your favourite styles will be between 10-70% off. The only things that won't be on sale are gift cards and pre-order items.

Can I make a change to an order?

Unfortunately we won't be able to cancel or change an order once it's placed, so be sure to double check the items in your cart and your shipping information before you check out.

What if I miss out on an item?

We won't be doing any restocks during the sale, so order swiftly - our most popular pieces are likely to go fast.

What is your returns policy on sale items?

We hope you love everything you order. If something isn't quite right, sale items can be returned for an online credit (valid three years) or an exchange where product is available. Please note there are no refunds on sale items.
