Hello Mavens,
It's that time of year again, and I can hardly believe I'm saying this, but this October marks my 9th year taking part in Frocktober!
For those of you who have been following along over the years, you'll know that Frocktober is something very close to my heart. Every October, I wear a different frock each day to help raise funds and awareness for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF).
Now, wearing 31 frocks in 31 days isn't exactly a challenge for someone who has spent the last 25 years designing dresses! But the reason behind it is something I care very deeply about.
Why Frocktober means so much to me
I first became involved in Frocktober nine years ago, and nine years on, I'm still just as passionate about supporting this wonderful cause.
Ovarian cancer affects far too many Australian women, and research is so important in finding better ways to detect, treat and ultimately prevent this devastating disease.
It's a cause that deserves so much more awareness and support, and I'm very grateful to be able to do my little bit each year.
How you can get involved
Of course, Frocktober wouldn't be the same without my wonderful Maiocchi Mavens, and I'd absolutely love for you to join me again this year!

Make a Donation
If you're in a position to donate, even a small amount, it would mean so much.
Every dollar donated through my Frocktober fundraising page goes directly to the OCRF to support vital ovarian cancer research.

I'll be sharing a different frock every day throughout October over on my Instagram.
There'll be lots of lovely Maiocchi prints, some old favourites and perhaps a few new pieces along the way.

Frock Up With Us!
One of my favourite things about Frocktober is seeing all our lovely Mavens getting involved.
