Deanne’s Five Favourite Dresses for the Spring Season

We asked Dee our designer her favourite frocks for the season. You can see there is a bit of a 1950’s full skirt theme. It’s the perfect look for ladylike dressing and adds a spring to your step. Cottons and custom prints are the perfect landscape for a spring roadtrip.

Mermaids Are Real Dress in Aqua | $319
This mermaid print is a dream come true for me, its silk, its fancy, its super cute, and who doesn’t want to wear mermaids on their dress right??? 1950’s at its finest and quirky cuteness at its best.

Roadtrip Dress in Multi | $299
This is the print that I designed the whole roadtrip collection around. I love all the little details; the more you look at the print the more cuteness you discover. Also, this dress has pockets which makes it a winner in my book! You can’t go wrong with this 1950’s cotton dress, the handcrafted details really add the perfect touch of quirkiness.

Summer Fling Dress in Cherry Spot | $245
I just adore spots. You may have noticed? (as they feature in every collection) I have designed this cute spot print especially for the Spring collection. The 1950’s full skirt feels so ladylike on, it makes you want to twirl. You can only ever have a great day in a retro spotty dress that twirls right?

Wish You Were Here Dress in Black | $289
I just love a fancy floral frock, I’m saving this one to wear to a garden party. Plus the fifties silhouette combined with boat neckline and extended shoulder help to balance the hips. Really can’t wait to wear this retro floral dress for my next special occasion.

Cabin Fever Dress in Black Spot | $319
I have already road tested this dress and I can tell you that it is fabulously cool and comfortable. You won’t want to take it off! I will definitely wear this style loose with my Saltwater Sandals in Spring. The Cabin Fever Dress is cool and comfortable and helps hide those pesky lumps and bumps.
