Please send your order to a business/ residential address where someone will be able to receive it as all parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox and you can collect the item from your local post office.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, postage to your country may be disrupted or currently unavailable. Please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com before placing an international order if you have concerns. Maiocchi delivers within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Purchases will require a signature on delivery.

We hope you love everything that you order from Maiocchi, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days ( 7 days for sale items) from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us.
Full priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid 12 months) an exchange where product is available or a refund of the item(s) cost excluding shipping costs.

Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product.
for health reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
During sale periods, returns may take up to 10 days to process upon receipt.
Returns for items purchased through the Maiocchi online are only accepted via post and not in person. Maiocchi online do not accept postal returns on items purchased in store. Similarly, stores are unable to process returns or offer credit notes for purchases made at Maiocchi online.

MAIOCCHI IN STORE RETURNS POLICY We do not give refunds on items purchased in one of our stores if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. We will happily exchange your garment if you change your mind within 14 days and return the item in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will instruct you on how to return the item.
If you require an exchange, please note that exchanges are subject to online availability. If your item is not available at the time of processing you will receive a refund or online credit, dependent on whether the returned item was full price or sale. we cannot pre-order or hold stock.
As stock is limited, to avoid disappointment we recommend you purchase the new size and return the incorrect size for a refund.
Value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed. we cannot apply discounts from past sales or promotions.
Shipping is extra for exchanges: We charge $10 shipping on exchanges. your exchange will only be sent once the extra charges have been paid. We will send you an invoice for payment.
