What is the online Return Policy?
We take great pride in our quality and fit at Maiocchi. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with an exchange, credit or refund.
We are happy to accept your exchange or refund for change of mind or fit issues within 7 days. Products must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Garments soiled with makeup, deodorant etc will not be accepted. We recommend you contact firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your product back.
When you order online you will be provided with an eParcel return address label. Providing the product fits the above criteria, you can return your item using this return address label.
Simply repackage securely using the original satchel, ensuring you remove original address label and affix the provided return address label. ( We suggest you turn the original satchel inside out and reseal.)
Please make sure you sign the Aviation Security and Dangerous Goods Declaration in the lower right hand corner of the label before posting your item. The item can be placed in an Australian Express Post box or dropped into your local branch.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned garment. The original shipping charges will not be refundable. In the case of items being exchanged, we will send the new item free of additional postage charges (with the exception of International exchanges)
Please note that change of mind goods will not be accepted for return or exchange after 7 days or without a returns form.
Due to health and safety reasons we do not accept returns of earrings and jewellery, in the event of a change of mind purchase. However, if the goods are faulty we are more than happy to exchange or refund.
Unfortunately, Maiocchi cannot accept returns purchased online through one of our retail stores.
What is the return policy when I purchase something over the phone?

How much is postage?
Within Australia: $10 flat rate and free on order over $300
New Zealand: $25
Everywhere else: $40

What happens when an Item is sold out?
The stock we have on the website reflects what we have in our Boutiques, if the item becomes available we will notify you. If a specific size or colour is not listed it is currently out of stock or sold out.
How do I know it's safe to shop with you?
Credit card purchases must be made by the cardholder and are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
Maiocchi does not hold credit card information.
Payment will not be deducted from your credit card until we have checked your order is available and have it ready to dispatch.
The Maiocchi e-boutique utilizes an online ordering system. Every precaution has been taken to make our site as secure as possible and all information sent from your computer is encrypted and transferred by World Secure Systems.
When will the products be available online?
We do our best to get our stock online as soon as it arrives in store. Please use the indications on the product pages as a guide only. If you need a little help or you would like to be notified when a product is available, simply contact us with your enquiry.
Can vouchers I buy in-store be used online and vice versa?
Unfortunately any voucher you buy in-store cannot be used online and vice versa.
Is your brand a standard/small/generous fit?
Standard, if not slightly generous. See our Size Chart for more details.
If I'm a size 12 in one style, does that mean I'm a size 12 in others?
You would be the same size in a similar cut. In dresses with a different cut/style, you might be a different size. In generally we follow our size guide so you should be the same size throughout. See our Size Chart to view measurements.
Can I place an item on hold and purchase it later?
Unfortunately we cannot hold items on our Online store.
Our Maiocchi boutiques will hold a dress for a maximum of 2 Business days.
Where do you get your fabrics from?
We source our fabrics from all over the world. Some are local, others from Japan. Some fabrics are designed by us and specially printed.
How do I take care of my garment?
It's important to remember that beads and sequins can be lost and fabrics can be damaged if worn in conditions where continual rubbing occurs. Pretty please treat your Maiocchi pieces with love and care.
Is there somewhere I can go to view the product?
Why are the colours online and instore are different?
We do our very best to make sure our images represent the garments as accurately as possible but please keep in mind that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.
