Terms and Conditions:-
Maiocchi charges a flat rate of $10 per order.
We use Australia Post Platinum Express Post Satchels so that parcels can be tracked. These parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox and you can collect the item from your local Post Office.
We generally process orders on the same day you place them (for orders placed on Monday to Friday) and your parcel will be delivered the following day if you live in a Metropolitan area (locations outside metropolitan areas may take longer) However please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed in case we are waiting on stock to be transferred.
Payment will be debited once your order is ready for dispatch.
Maiocchi delivers within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Purchases will require a signature on delivery.
Purchases are sent with Toll and charges are as follows:
New Zealand $25
Everywhere else $40
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties of the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.
Payment & Security
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Credit card purchases must be made by the cardholder and are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
Maiocchi does not hold credit card information.
Payment will not be deducted from your credit card until we have checked your order is available and have it ready to dispatch.
The Maiocchi e-boutique utilizes an online ordering system. Every precaution has been taken to make our site as secure as possible and all information sent from your computer is encrypted and transferred by World Secure Systems.
We pride ourselves on our outstanding quality at Maiocchi and we take great care to quality control all garments before they leave us, so a problem is rare. Please inspect goods upon receipt.
If you receive a faulty product, please notify Maiocchi by emailing us at email@example.com or phoning our customer service representative on (07) 3852 3353 Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a samples shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned garment.
Please note that even faulty goods will not be accepted for return or exchange after 7 days or without a returns form with your original receipt attached.
In the case of faulty goods, Maiocchi will be responsible for all postage costs.
We take great pride in our quality and fit at Maiocchi. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with an exchange, credit or refund.
We are happy to accept your exchange or refund for change of mind or fit issues within 7 days. Products must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Garments soiled with makeup, deodorant etc will not be accepted. A copy of the original invoice and a returns form must be included. Download returns form here.
Maiocchi asks that all return items be sent using a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned garment. The original shipping charges will not be refundable. In the case of items being exchanged, we will send the new item free of additional postage charges (with the exception of International exchanges)
Please note that goods will not be accepted for return or exchange after 7 days or without a returns form containing your returns authorization number.
Unfortunately, Maiocchi cannot accept returns purchased online through one of our retail stores.
MAIOCCHI RETAIL STORE RETURNS POLICY: we do not give refunds on items purchased in one of our stores if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. We will happily exchange your garment if you change your mind within 7 days and return the item in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.
